There is one problem with kiting all day with a traction kite and that is sooner or later your arms are going to get tired.

This is the solution to the problem - a harness. With this and a harness line you can fly your quad line kite without straining your arms. Basically loop your harness line onto the roller and let the harness take the strain. The line runs freely through the roller and the force is transfered to the top of your hips and lower back. This also lowers the centre of pull from the kite giving less tendancy to topple you over.

You will need an additional harness line if you use quad handles or a bar to fix onto the harness.

This harness is a very basic bit of kit but it does the job effectivly and adjusts to fit any size of bum. It looks a bit complex to put on at first but when you have done it once and adjusted it to size it is easy to use again and again. It also folds up really small so fits easily into your kite bag. It is well made and comfortable to wear as it is not too hot or bulky.
