MBS F4 Black Ratchet style mountainboard bindings are a great new design for 2009 of a ratchet style releasable binding that holds your feet tight to the board but you can still get out if you wish. These are a fully adjustable ratchetable binding that holds your feet snug to the board and gives great feedback from the board.  They also look quite nice in the Black or White Designs!

The strap over the top is heavily padded and holds your trainer or shoe tight into the board. In the event of a crash your feet do tend to come out relativly easily (like the old f3) letting the board go it's own way (remember your leash).   If you don't want your foot to come out these work perfect with the FX Pro Heelstraps from MBS for a perfect locked in binding.

These bindings straps are slightly wider than the MBS F3 over your shoe and will work great for kite landboarding and mountainboarding! With the plastic brackets there is slightly less adjustment than the older alloy brackets but then most people never adjusted them in the first place.  They are still compatable with the alloy brackets which are available as spare parts if required.
